The Sh*t We Stand For – Evol’s Core Values

Culture is everything. A team that believes in shared values is a unit that will produce the highest level of results, every single time. Evol was recently recognized as a 2018 Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces and we felt this a perfect opportunity to share our recently redefined core values.
Our team worked closely with AMPT’s Craig Spilker to identify the shit that is truly important within the walls of Evol HQ. Craig is a culture guru and his process was methodically driven to help our team uncover its values. By working directly with the entire team, every member of Evol was able to have their voice heard. This allowed us to better understand what is important to the crew and what commonalities were shared by the team.
